Eric and Dave,

We need to extend our bank stabilization on the upstream side of the culvert along the inside bank to stabilize after the
waterline installation. The area is hatched in orange on the inset below (see red arrows). The outside bank of both
channels was permitted to be stabilized. The current slope is steeper than 2:1 so rock is needed.

For reference, I have attached copies of the 404 and 401 permits. Please let me know if you have any objections.
