The presented information is based on the following. The length of the culvert in the ditch is 42 feet. The impervious in
zone two is or will be 20 feet wide by 20 feet long (400 square feet), and in zone two the impervious will be 20 feet wide
by 30 feet (600 square feet) I mad an error in that there are two sides, therefore these numbersh should be doubled.

TJ's Land Development, LLC Property
Mr. Richardson,
After conducting a preliminary review of the Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) application for TJ’s Land Development,
LLC Property, I would like some clarification of the buffer impacts associated with the existing stream
crossing. Specifically, on page 4 of the PCN application you indicated that the stream impact encompassed 42 linear
22
feet however, page 5 of the PCN application under riparian buffer impacts indicated 400 ft in Zone 1 and 600 ft in
Zone 1. Please clarify how the impacts for Zones 1 and 2 were calculated along with figure that indicating the square
footage of impacts in Zones 1 and 2. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
Thanks,
Anthony Scarbraugh
