schedule listed as Condition 1.1 of Permit No. WQ0034603 dated August 3, 2022. The new due date for Condition 1.1 is

Hi Lori,
I hope you are doing well. We are running into an issue with obtaining the PE certification of the added 1.3 acres, listed
on the permit renewal under Schedule I., Item 1. We have the certification from the soil consultant; however, our
system is currently broken. We are waiting on repair parts that have been ordered, but we do not have an expected ship
date. I suspect this is due to supply chain shortages. Is it possible to get an extension to the 60 days listed in this item?
We have been working on getting this completed since we received the renewal, and it is in progress, but I am unsure if
it will be completed by September 30, 2022.
