All structures have been removed from the Greenway and we will no longer pursue building them.

Resources, 401 & Buffer Permitting Unit, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699 -1617. If you prefer to hand deliver them, you
may drop them off at our office on the 9t" floor of the Archdale Building at 512 N. Salisbury Street, Raleigh.

See attached completed Variance Forms. I apologize for the delay, but we have been in discussion with the HOA with
regards to approval. As it turns out per our attached covenants the HOA does not have any authority for any structure in
the Greenway, it is the sole discretion of the City.
