Tim Arney (Pretreatment Coordinator) and Eli Self (WWTP Superintendent) were present during the Audit. Overall, the program appears to be maintained in compliance with the guidelines of the delegated Pretreatment Program. The Morganton Pretreatment Program has three SIUs, Seiren North America, Unix Packaging, and Case Farms. Unix opened the Morganton location approximately one year ago and has had difficulty with limits exceedances. They were in SNC during the last 6 months. Mr. Arney stated that they may consider modifying the sampling requirements for Unix in the future. Please note the requirement to resample within 30 days of receipt of noncompliant sample results. Unix has been in compliance with this requirement by default due to sampling at the end of the month. NC0026573 17 (Cont.)
