Mr. Richardson,

After conducting a preliminary review of the Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) application for TJ’s Land Development,
LLC Property, I would like some clarification of the buffer impacts associated with the existing stream
crossing. Specifically, on page 4 of the PCN application you indicated that the stream impact encompassed 42 linear feet

however, page 5 of the PCN application under riparian buffer impacts indicated 400 ft in Zone 1 and 600 ft in Zone
1. Please clarify how the impacts for Zones 1 and 2 were calculated along with figure that indicating the square footage
of impacts in Zones 1 and 2. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
