Please see the attached for the official Notice to Proceed document regarding Rocky River
Regional WWTP expansion to 30 MGD. Issuance of the NTP meets schedule deadline number 4
as listed in the compliance schedule of paragraph A(7) of the NPDES permit
NC0036269. Construction has commenced and WSACC will continue to provide NCDEQ with
regular project updates per the compliance schedule of the current NPDES permit.
