notice for Oxford Park Subdivision seeking Department of the Army authorization to discharge
dredged or fill material into 1,535 linear feet (0.229 acre) of stream channel and 0.295 acre of
riparian wetlands subject to our regulatory authority pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water
Act. Specifically, the permit request is associated with the construction of residential
development and its associated infrastructure, in Oxford, Granville County, North Carolina.
