5e. Provide a brief description of this project (attach site plan if available): My name Randy Brokate and I am in the
process of purchasing this home. I am requesting a Stream Determination of the ditch on the left hand side of the house. I
would like to construct a small retaining wall 20 feet out from the ditch to make the property on that side usable. The
proposed wall would start at beginning of the ditch at the Venturi Drive end and would continue approx 30 feet past the
