On -Site Determination of Drainage Feature Located within the Neuse River Basin, Express Review
Dear Mr. Brokate:
On September 29, 2014, at your request, Mr. Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted an on -site determination of a
drainage feature located on the subject property. A stream determination was conducted in accordance with (15A NCAC
213 .0233). The feature is labeled as "14 -1029 A to 14 -1029 B" on the attached maps and initialed on September 29,
2014.
The Division of Water Resources (DWR) has determined that the feature labeled as "14 -1029 A to 14 -1029 B" on
the attached maps and highlighted in red is not subject to the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rules and not considered a
stream. The stream determination begins at point 14 -1029 A (N 34° 57.718' W 76° 55.586') at culvert outlet crossing
under Venturi Drive and continues down gradient to point 14 -1029 B (N 34° 57.713', W 76° 55.602'). All points are
illustrated on the attached maps and marked on the ground with yellow DWQ flagging.
This letter only addresses a Stream Determination on the subject property and does not approve any activity within Waters
of the United States or Waters of the State. If you have any additional questions or require additional information please
