Hi Jamey,
You may proceed with implementation of the Meadow Spring AMP, provided you adequately address the comments
outlined below. As previously discussed, I would anticipate the IRT will conduct a site visit in conjunction with the MY 5
report to assess the site and AMP.
1) Please include photos of the repairs in you’re MY 5 report.
2) Please also provide a final list of species/quantities planted (and seed mix if applicable) and any areas of
disturbance shown on the CCPV figure.
3) The AMP didn’t show proposed access routes or approx. LOD lines; please be conscience of soil compaction and
vegetation disturbance while preparing and performing the repairs.
4) If there are any proposed impacts (even temporary) to project buffer assets, please coordinate with Katie
Merritt prior to commencing work.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Best Regards,
Sam Dailey
