Project is in compliance and released under the SPCA. The Certificate of Coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities (NCGO10000) associated with this project was modified to cover additional E&SC plan approvals for other lots within the development under the same responsible party. Therefore, a Notice of Termination cannot be submitted until all E&SC plan approvals associated with the Certificate of Coverage have been closed out. The Certificate of Coverage may be modified to remove the lots covered under this plan via a Modification Form available at: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Fonns/NCGOI-Modification.
