There is actually a renewal COC available for this one (NCG140307) - it just had the wrong name. I have corrected
that. If you tried the request again, it should send it out, but I am attaching it here.

CERTIFICATE OF COVERAGE No. NCG140307
STORMWATER DISCHARGES AND WASTEWATER DISCHARGES
NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM
In compliance with the provision of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1, other lawful
standards and regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina Environmental
Management Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended,
Concrete Supply Co LLC
is hereby authorized to operate wastewater treatment system(s) and discharge
stormwater and/or wastewater (as per original approval or subsequent modifications),
from a facility located at:
Concrete Supply Co -Morrisville Plant
222 International Dr
Morrisville
Wake County
to receiving waters designated as Crabtree Creek (Crabtree Lake), class B;NSW waters in
the Neuse River Basin(s), in accordance with the effluent limitations, monitoring
requirements, and other conditions set forth in General Permit No. NCG140000 which can
be downloaded by entering "deq.nc.gov/SW-industrial" in the browser window and
navigating to the "NPDES Stormwater General Permits" web page.
This certificate of coverage shall become effective July 1, 2022.
This Certificate of Coverage shall remain in effect for the duration of the General Permit or
until rescinded.

Some possible reasons for this include:
Annual fees are owed, and so permit coverage for this facility was not renewed, or
This COC was issued after the General Permit was renewed, or
This COC is no longer active (has been rescinded).

If annual fees were owed before but are now paid, please go back to the COC Request Form
(https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/COC-Renewal-Request) and
(1) check the status of the permit COC by running the Permit Summary Report to verify expired status, and
(2) check the box that says: "the COC is still expired, but owed fees have been paid"
