The site is providing a level spreader - vegetated filterstrip per Chapter 8 of the DWQ BMP design manual to remove 30% TN and 30% TP, and is utilizing an existing channel originating outside the buffer for bypass conveyance down through the buffer into the stream. No proposed buffer disturbance is proposed in association with the stormwater devices. • FEMA flood map and City- approved, FEMA flood study indicating summary of discharges into Crabtree Creek at this location (Approximately 1350 ft upstream of Hwy US 1). This site discharges into an unnamed tributary that has detailed floodplain delineated as a backwater effect of Crabtree Creek. The total drainage area's discharges into Crabtree Creek (10% = 10,050+ cfs) far exceed the discharge from this one site, and therefore, detaining on site would not benefit any downstream properties. Let me know if you have any additional questions. Lisa Lisa S.
