Good Afternoon,
I received the letter about NPDES General Permit Renewal and Electronic Reporting requirements on September 8,
2022. It looks like we should have received a letter prior to May 2022 but it was never received.
Our Owner Verification Report and Stormwater Permit Summary Report needs to be corrected; please remove William
K. Foster as President and add Travis G. Overcash as President. Also, please change the phone number to (704) 721-
0106 and the fax number to [phone].
