DESCRIPTION:
We would like to request approval for sewer extension to the project site of Ballantyne Phase
1. The proposed buildings contributing flow to the private sewer extension will include four
retail /restaurant buildings with multiple tenants. The total wastewater flow requested and
approved for the entire Ballantyne Phasel project was 215,916 gpd. The private sewer
extension will allocate a total flow of 177,876 gpd to the public system. We are proposing to
install 1183 LF of 6" DIP. Flows from the site will be sent to the McAlpine Creek Wastewater
Treatment Plants (facility permit number NC0024970). This application package consists of
the Fast Track sewer system extension application, the application fee, the flow tracking and
acceptance form from Charlotte Water, a USGS topographic map indicating the location of the
project, a street level map showing the project area, and articles of organization for Northwood
Development, LLC.
