On December 6, 2001 , the Wilmington Regional Office received a revision to Stormwater Management
Permit Number SW8 950213. It has been determined that a permit modification is not required for the proposed
changes. We are forwarding you an approved copy of the revised plans for your files. There is 48,276 square feel
of built -upon area remaining for future construction.
Pleasc be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on March 26, 1997, remain in full force
and effect. Please also understand that the approval of this revision to the State Stormwater Permit is done on a
case -by -case basis. Any other changes to this project must be approved by this office prior to construction. If it
is determined that the proposed revision will require a modification to the permit, you will be notified.

We are enclosing two copies of the design plans for the subject project for you review
and approval. This project is on property that was permitted with 90,291 square feet of
future impervious surface. You recently approved the use of 42,015 square feet of that
allowance for the McNeill Office project. That left 48,276 square feet of future
impervious surface. This project will use 42,076 square feet of that future allowance.
This leaves 6,200 square feet of future impervious for later projects. Please approve
this project for construction.
