Stormwater Project No. SW8950213

On December 20, 2001, the Wilmington Regional Office received a revision to Stormwater
Management Permit Number SW8950213. It has been determined that a permit modification is not
required for the proposed changes. We are forwarding you an approved copy of the revised plans for your
files. Please replace the old approved plan sheets with the new one. There is 6,200 square feet of built
upon area remaunng for future construction.
Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on March 26,1997, remain in full
force and effect. Please also understand that the approval of this revision to the State Stormwater Permit
is done on a case -by -case basis. Any other changes to this project must be approved by this office prior
to construction. If it is determined that the proposed revision will require a modification to the permit, you
will be notified.
