The residence will be a one story structure with an attached 2 car carport The construction is slab
on grade with a,poured in place�concrete retaining'wall along the, north,and',east walls of the
structure All other construction will be wood, a few structural steel columns and a small'amount of
brick veneer The,carport,roof will'be a green vegetated flat roof The main roof of the home will is
designed -as a "butterfly,' roof with a significant central water collecting scupper that will channel and
collect water into cisterns to be,slowly released into the ground or to be used as,landscape irrigation
A silt and construction limitation fence will be installed along the 30' Zone 1 buffer line prior to the
commencement of'any work This line will be staked out by a licensed surveyor Only'vegetation that
impacts the footprint of the house will be removed there will be not disturbance of Zone 1 In the
course of construction there will be grading for the foundation, concrete trucks for the pouring of the
wall and slabs and then only typical small scale residential construction The parking area will be
gravel The landscaping will be designed`to restore as much of thematural ambience,of the,site as
possible
