Currently our permitting database system is down, so we can't make the updates at the moment, but Brittany will let you know when she has. If you need an updated COC for this site, you can request one (after the changes have been made in our system) by submitting a request through: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/COC-Renewal-Request You will check the box that says "permit information is incorrect or old" Alternatively, you can just run a permit summary report after you hear confirmation from Brittany and just keep that for your records until the next COC renewal. The report will refresh 24-48 hours after she's entered the changes. Good morning Bethany, Although the Certificate of Coverage No. NCG080980 indicates the receiving waters as Great Coharie Creek, available information shows the area drains south to Williams Old Mill Branch (18-68-1-10) which has a C;Sw stream classification. Williams Old Mill Branch is not a 303(d) impaired water. Based on our meeting onsite with Melissa Joyner, there are two SDOs rather than three. See attached for coordinates, location, and topo info. Please let us know if you need anything else to update the receiving stream for the permit. V/ r, Robin M. Robin Austin, P.E.
