David
On behalf of GFL, I would like to request that the time frame for this work be extended to 120 days rather
than the 60-day schedule referenced in Item XX of the permit modification. While the work on -site can be
accomplished in a 60-day time frame, supply chain issues associated with getting the materials for the
construction will likely require a longer lead time prior to the work commencing. GFL and Smith Gardner,
their engineer, feel that 120 days from the date of the modification is adequate given the current supply chain
issues. Let me know if you need any additional information to consider this extension.
Thanks
Phil
