No, we cannot approve an NOT request without the documentation and will be rejected. Please contact the County and
let them know that you have now passed the annual fee invoice deadline for the Construction permit and need to close
out the E&SC plan in order to terminate the stormwater construction permit. If you do not get a response, please let us
know.

We have applied over a month ago to Johnston County to inspect and release this... they have staffing issues and have
not had a chance to go out yet... can we do the termination without uploading the final inspection since we will not be
renewing since we are not building there?
