Please contact the County and let them know that you have now passed the annual fee invoice deadline for the Construction permit and need to close out the E&SC plan in order to terminate the stormwater construction permit. We have applied over a month ago to Johnston County to inspect and release this... they have staffing issues and have not had a chance to go out yet... can we do the termination without uploading the final inspection since we will not be renewing since we are not building there?
