This is a letter in response to NOV-2022-PC-0402. We are currently looking
into the loss of power at the spray field. I think it may be on the primary side and
Wilson Energy will have to come out to handle that. The spray field never gets
used and was built for a grant 20 years ago with no intentions of it ever being used
and we still have no intentions of using it. I will start having the turbidity meter
calibrated once a year when I have my contractor calibrate everything at the
WWTP. Also, I have bought a Logbook and labeled it Spray Field Maintenance
Log where I will log the calibrations and any maintenance that may take place.
