We modified this COC twice. Please see attached modifications.
We added the Lots on 7-16-21. This is permit HARNE-2021-119.
We closed out the original LID permit on 10/29/2021. This was permit HARNE-2020-038.
Because we closed HARNE-2020-038, the only permit active to close out was HARNE-2021-119. That is the close out
information that we submitted.
