Tim and Boyd: The letter that was send to the owner on the aforementioned project is scheduled to expire on Sep 30. there
had some problems with a medical problem and the Town of Banner Elk decided that the property was not zoned correctly
and if we did not get it zoned in accordance with the site plan I had submitted that the conditions on the drainage would
change. The property has now been zoned in accordance with the site plan and I should be able to complete an answer to you
comment letter by October 31. Therefore I am requesting an extension of the time limit until October 31.
