Jake,
If you would like an extension for 30 days just send mean email. I will put the project on hold for 30 days.
If there are significant changes or you feel you will not be able to find out the information you need in the next month
then you may choose to withdrawal the project.
The consequences would be that you will have to re -apply and pay the fee again for DWR.
I'm not sure what the procedure is with the Corps.
Just let me know and if you want to discuss by phone.

I guess I need to request you all to put our permit request on hold. It's going to be at least many weeks if not a month or
two before we have this all figured out. I am fairly certain that our impacts are goingto actually increase as we are going
to expand the restoration project to the top of the landowners' property now.
How does that work? Do you need anything else from me to do that? What are the consequences? ... timeline starts
again when we "re- start'? fee?
