Craig & Cherri:
Please find attached the revised impact exhibits and justification letter from the applicant. They were unable to avoid
the impacts on lots 60B & 61B, but were able to significantly reduce the impacts to the back of lots 62B & 63B.
W1 Impact (Previously Requested) = 3,500 sf or 0.081 acres
W1 Impact (Revised /Minimized) = 2,031 sf or 0.047 acres
Total New Requested Wetland Impacts = 0.064 acres
Don't hesitate to let me know if you need any additional information.
Sincerely,
Bob Zarzecki

Condolences to you and your wife. My mother passed away this past June, so I have an idea of what you and your wife

I was just going to send over the revised impact exhibits with a cover letter. I got the draft from the client and provided
comments back on Wednesday. I haven't heard back yet. Looks like they'll be able to minimize impacts a decent
amount. No need to put on hold, and consider this email if you can our acknowledgement that the application review is
on hold pending this information. I hope to have it to you later today.
(On a side note, my wife just heard that her father died last night, I'm going to take her to the airport, work out the day
and then head to NY. Not sure how that will affect my schedule right now though.)

Craig and Cherri:
Thanks for meeting Bill and I on site this morning. Per our discussion, Bill will go back and work with his engineer and
building to develop house plans for lots 62B and 63B and also try to minimize wetland impacts around these two lots
further. No need to send out an on hold letter, we'll have you the revised plans by next Friday 12th or sooner.
Thanks!

Craig and Cherri
Following our meeting on site September 4, 1 have contacted the builder, Cimarron Homes, and my
engineer, Civil Consultants, and propose the following revision of the wetlands impact at the proposed
Lots #62B and 63B of Ashbury Phase 2.
The lots of Phase 2 are to be cleared and graded to flat pads for homes to be built on slab foundations.
As we deal with the site's topography, adjacent lots will step in concert with the street, but never
changing elevation by more than 2' -00" from one to the next. Lots #63B and 62B will be graded to
666.6 and 664.6 feet of elevation, respectively, approximately 2' -0" and 4' -0" above the elevation of the
wetland in rea of the lots.
Cimarron plans six different house models for Phase 2. Several are one story plans. By restricting two of
these plans, the model with the deepest footprint of the remainder models measures 61 feet from the
leading front wall to the deepest rear wall. The lots have a 15 foot front setback and 12 foot deep patios
are planned. Then we expect to grade from the finished pad elevation into the wetland at a 3:1 slope.
These dimensions allow us to reduce the impact to the wetland by 13 feet of depth across the full width
of both lots. This plan reduces the impact by 32% and still allows the builder to market several model
styles to their buyers. Please see the attached plan.
I appreciate your cooperation to find a workable plan. I trust this revision meets with your approval. If
you have questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
