This inspection was conducted to determine if the system is being operated and maintained in compliance with General NPDES Permit No. NCG550000. Ms. Williams spoke on the phone with the owner, Debbie Lane, prior to the inspection. Ms. Lane indicated that James and James Environmental conducts the annual sampling. Ms. Williams obtained sampling records from James and James. The septic tank has not been checked or pumped in several years. It is advised that the tank be checked regularly and pumped as needed.
