Hey Chris,
So this is another of those sites that I'm concerned about the maintenance of hydrology. You have two perennial
streams that are proposed to have their headwaters built over. I'm not seeing a proposal to capture the water to
prevent secondary impacts downstream. Also, I'm not seeing the outlets on the SCMs. This may be another one that
I would require two years of monitoring on those streams.
