Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection Report for the
inspection we conducted at the Public Works Facility on August 16, 2022. Please note that in the
stormwater inspection report summary we ask that you update and maintain the stormwater
pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and all associated documents. In addition, we ask that
monitoring events occur for the facility. The updated SWPPP and monitoring needs to be
submitted to this office by November 18, 2022.
