Dear Mr. Dellinger,
Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection Report for the
inspection we conducted at Cargo Transporters on August 25, 2022. Please note that in the
stormwater inspection report summary we ask that you update and submit the stormwater
pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and associated documents by December 2, 2022. In addition,
analytical and qualitative monitoring needs to occur at all outfalls on site. Results from this
monitoring needs to be submitted by December 2, 2022.

Inspection Summary:
The stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) was created in 1999. The SWPPP has not been updated. Analytical
monitoring has been conducted per the current permit. The eDMR system only has one outfall listed. Additional outfalls will
need to be added for monitoring. There are three additional outfalls that need to be added to be monitored. The first outfall is
below the wash bay along the riprap channel. The second is the outfall from the new post -construction basin. The third will
be the large concrete flume below the gravel parking lot. The concrete flume will not require analytical monitoring, only
qualitative. The SWPPP, monitoring, and outfalls added to the SWPPP needs to be completed by December 2, 2022 and
submitted to the Mooresville Regional Office.
