Inspection Summary:
The stormwater pollution prevention plan and associated documents are current and complete. Based on discussions with
the plant manager, the facility will be closing starting at the end of September. A recission request needs to be submitted to
the Raleigh Central office to rescind the permit after operations have ceased.
