Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection Report for the
inspection we conducted at the Renwood Mills Facility on July 7, 2022. Please note that in the
stormwater inspection report summary we ask that you update and maintain the stormwater
pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and associated documentation by October 10, 2022. In
addition, conduct monitoring during the next rain event and quarterly per the permit.

Inspection Summary:
The stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) has not been implemented and is out of date. The documents associated
with the SWPPP have not been maintained since 2017. The SWPPP does not include the entire facility. The outfall location
was unknown to Renwood Mills. After discussion with a renter, the outfall was discovered near the southeast building on the
property. Analytical and Qualitative monitoring has not been documented since 2017. The SWPPP needs to be updated,
maintained, and include the entire facility. Analytical and qualitative monitoring needs to be conducted during the next rain
event and then quarterly according to the permit. Documentation of the updated SWPPP and monitoring shall be submitted
to the Mooresville Regional Office by October 10, 2022.
