The documents associated with the SWPPP have not been maintained since 2017. The SWPPP does not include the entire facility. The outfall location was unknown to Renwood Mills. After discussion with a renter, the outfall was discovered near the southeast building on the property. Analytical and Qualitative monitoring has not been documented since 2017. The SWPPP needs to be updated, maintained, and include the entire facility. Analytical and qualitative monitoring needs to be conducted during the next rain event and then quarterly according to the permit. Documentation of the updated SWPPP and monitoring shall be submitted to the Mooresville Regional Office by October 10, 2022.
