The Division received your request to rescind the subject permit. We do not object to this request.
Our records show that no wastewater system was ever constructed at the site, and thus no
discharge is occurring.
NPDES permit NC0089664 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the
permit file for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first
apply for and receive a new NPDES permit.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the
only notification you will be sent regarding the permit rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.

I hope this message finds you well. I received your contact info from Kendall Williams, the Compliance Fee Coordinator
at NCDEQ. She informed me that there are apparently two other invoices from 2020 and 2021, in addition to the
attached from 2022, that we never received because these were sent to NRP's previous corporate office (we moved in
2019). NRP has subsequently sold the project this permit was opened for about 3 years ago and we no longer have any
affiliation with Parkwood Station. Kendall also told me that the subject permit expired on 6/30/22 but I wanted to check
in with you to determine how we can close this permit out and stop receiving invoices. Please advise when you have a
moment, thank you in advance.
