Bob,
Thank you very much for your time this morning and explanation of the discharge monitoring reports requirements. As
we discussed the facility is currently disconnected from the pipeline and is unable to receive product. Additionally, it has
been free of product in any of the existing tanks or piping for over 3 years. With this in mind we would request to have
the requirement for the discharge monitoring reports suspended until the facility has been reconnected to the pipeline.
At which point we would re -commence with the submittal of the discharge monitoring reports. We anticipate that the
facility will not be active to the pipeline until the end of this calendar year at the earliest and will notify you of that
reconnection date as soon as it is established. We would like to keep the NPDES permit NC0046531 valid as we do
anticipate the facility becoming operation in the near future. If there is any additional information you need in regards
to the facility or the permit please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks again for your time.
