If there is a new person with the same entity responsible now, we can do a change in legally responsible person. However, we cannot do a change in ownership. If there has been a change of ownership to a new company/responsible entity (no longer Lakeside Builders I, LLC), that new entity needs to obtain a new COC for the project (if construction continues), and you need to terminate this one with an NOT request (you'll need to provide their permit number).
