The undersigned, Water & Land Solutions, LLC the Sponsor of the WLS Yadkin 01 Umbrella Bank -Toms
Creek Site (the "Bank"), hereby certifies the following:
1. KURZ Transfer Products has deposited monies with the Sponsor sufficient to acquire 0.71
Riparian Wetland Mitigation Credits from the Bank for use on its KURZ Coating and
Maintenance Buildings project (Action ID SAW-2022-00929), in Davidson, NC, in HUC
03040101 of the Yadkin 01.
2. The KURZ Coating and Maintenance Buildings project requires a total of 0.71 Riparian
Wetland Mitigation Credits as mitigation. Of this amount 0.71 Riparian Wetland
Mitigation Credits are being provided by the WLS Yadkin 01 Umbrella Bank- Toms Creek
Site.
3. The Sponsor has deducted 0.71 Riparian Wetland Mitigation Credits from the Bank's credit
ledger for HUC 03040101 of the Yadkin 01.
A copy of the Bank's Credit ledger reflecting the above transaction is attached to this Certificate.
