This is in response to the Notice of Violation (NOV-2022-PC-0386). Attached you will find the class A
annual distribution and marketing/ surface disposal certification and summery form. We have
completed the form to state "no residuals were produced or distributed last year". All residuuals
generated at the Town of Elkin's Water Treatment Plant were taken to the Yadkin Valley Sewer
Authority.
