Residential neighborhood. Homeowners are looking to build a screen porch and deck
on the back of their home.

4. Proposed Activity
Provide a detailed description of the proposed activity including its purpose and include the type of equipment to be used: *
Construct a 16' x 12' screen room and an attached 8' x 12' deck. We do not use
heavy equipment. We place lumber in the driveway and not in the yard to avoid
disruption of land and plants. We dig footers only by hand - NOT machines. There is
minimal impact on property as we like to make sure the property is not disrupted. We
complete a project within 4-5 days and we make sure we leave our projects in top
condition.

This project has been waiting on the Town of Cary to review for quite some time. The
property will not be disrupted by machines or equipment. It is a residential
neighborhood. This project is not in phases and should be complete within 4-5 days.
Materials are placed in the driveway - not in the back of the house - again to avoid
disruption on the property.
