This correspondence is in reference to your letter dated August 29, 2022 regarding the above referenced temporary
impact sites, located in Forsyth County, North Carolina. The sites were being monitored by the North Carolina
Department of Transportation to ensure that stream channel improvements were stable and functioning per the plans.
By copy of this letter, we are notifying you that no further monitoring of the sites will be required since the
construction and success criteria have been met.
