General Permit No. NCG030070 Please find enclosed the DMR reports for June 2022. This is for the quarterly sampling event. We currently remain in Tier III status at conveyance point B due to zinc exceedances. There was no measurable flow at B during this sampling event. Samples were collected 06/08/2022. No significant process sources of zinc have been identified at our facility. We continue to believe that the major contributors are infrastructure sources. Run off from metal roofing and guard railing is the primary culprit for outfall B. We are maintaining cleaning activities for outside storage areas to minimize the impact that forklift and delivery truck travel have on stormwater runoff. Conveyance points F and G exceeded the copper benchmark during this event. Please contact me with operational or compliance issues.
