Inspection Summary:
Tim Heim of the Asheville Regional Office performed a Compliance Inspection of the Deemed Collection System on
September 1, 2022. Jason McDonald (Physical Plant Manager) assisted with the inspection. The collection system
infrastructure appeared well maintained and operated at the time of the inspection, and in compliance with Permit
WQCSD0281. Record keeping was thorough and well organized.
The facultative lagoon WWTP that this collection system was previously connected to was decommissioned several years
ago, and the system now flows to MSD. There is no longer a need for a DCS#, and this permit will be rescinded by Central
Office.

Incorporated on 9/01/2022. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in
compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCSD0281.
The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the
inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".
There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required.
