I.Public Notice; Water Quality Certification for Chandler NRCS-EQIP Stream Restoration; 20221168 Ver 1; Wilkes
County
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on August 29, 2022 Winborne Chandler (1244 Arbor Rd #172 , Winston
Salem, NC 27104) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for a 401 Individual Water Quality
Certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500. The activity
for which this certification is sought regards Stream Restoration / Creation. The DWR’s proposed date of final
action on the application is October 01, 2022.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on
October 01, 2022. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form
here: <https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/401_Public_Notice_Comments>. Written comments may also be
mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617.
