The referenced Annual Report was received by electronic submittal on February 151h, 2022, Mooresville
Regional Office (MRO) staff completed review on June 6th, 2022. The data submitted appeared to meet
program requirements for 2021.
MRO staff was recently informed of updates to the NCSU Realistic Yield Expectations Data Base
(https://realisticyields.ces.ncsu.edu/) and recommends you review this site for relevant changes to the
"Crop Max. PAN" limits on your Field Summary Forms for 2022 and going forward.
You may also wish to discuss with a licensed soil scientist or agronomist as needed for specific crop /
soils concerns related to your permit.

Comment: This was a review of the 2021 Annual Report only. A site visit was not conducted. The permit
currently does not require groundwater monitoring. Records submitted appeared to meet
program requirements in 2021. Please see comments in Summary Section and Cover Letter
for updates to RYE information on NCSU website that should be reviewed for 2022 and future
reports.

Comment: Dewater with belt press, but still do not have covered storage for resulting cake. Drying beds
at the WTP, but given recent upgrades they may not be utilized. MRO staff to include the WTP
during next site inspection.
