The referenced Annual Report was received by electronic submittal on February 16th, 2022, with same
day, email follow-up from Ms. Tanya Carter to Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) staff confirming
receipt.
Upon review there was a data entry error for the TKN. Lab results=43,300 mg/kg but 43,000 mg/kg, was
entered in all report forms. By MRO spreadsheet calculations, this would result in 92.91 lbs. PAN/Acre
applied (vs. the reported 92.298 lbs. PAN/Acre), still well below the 211 lbs. PAN/Acre limit. Otherwise,
the reporting appeared accurate and reflects overall program compliance at the time of land application.

Comment: This was a review of the 2021 Annual Report only. A site visit was not conducted. This permit
currently does not require groundwater monitoring. The report shows two land application
events in 2021 at field BT 9-1 and states material was also taken to WSACC in Cabarrus
County for incineration. See comments in Summary Section and Cover Letter related to data
entry error, primarily noted to assist with future reporting accuracy.
