Good Morning Bethany, I know I requested the address changes to be 1000 John Deere Rd but I thought it might be more consistent if we have the same address for the Owner Contact, Facility Contacts and Permit Contact. I realized I did not answer your question about the COC. We wouldn't normally send out a revised COC for this change. We advise permittees to print the permit contact summary report with the info for their records instead, and the info should be current for the next renewal.
