Yes, there are a few more outfalls that will need to be added. I also plugged in the coordinates for the outfall in our
system and it does not go to any outfall. Below is a list of outfalls and their corresponding locations. I have also included
a map with drop pins. You may change the names as you find appropriate.

I was able to put in the coordinates of the current outfall and it doesn't seem to match any of ours........
Jesse — I know you were potentially adding some outfalls, so please advise how we need to get set up for reporting in

Good morning Meredith,
Our database only shows one outfall. We can add the second outfall to our database. Please send me the coordinates of
the second "missing" outfall, a description of the activities that drain to this outfall, confirm whether or not vehicle
maintenance occurs there, and how many gallons of new motor oil are used each month when averaged over the
calendar year?

Mr. Jesse McDonnell, Environmental Specialist, referred me to you two for a question about the eDMR system and our
permit. He was onsite for an inspection.
For reporting purposes, it only allows reporting for one outfall. In the past, we have taken samples from two
outfalls. Please advise whether we should only report from one outfall or whether another outfall needs to be added to
our permit in the eDMR system.
