Site inspection was conducted on August 29, 2022 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. Chris Barker
was present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
Contractor is excavating the area on the right bank descending. Measures are needed at the end of the day. This was
discussed with Chris. Silt fence is to be added and spoils that have been discarded down the bank will be stabilized at
the end of the day.
