RE: Pine Bluff Subdivision Phase 1 Fast Track Sewer System Extension Application
Dear Mr. Basinger:
Enclosed is the application and supporting documentation for the Fast Track Sewer System
Extension Application for Phase of the Pine Bluff Subdivision located on tax parcels 556429265000
(Cabarrus County) and 556401396263 (Stanly County) at Pine Bluff Road in the City of Locust,
Cabarrus County, NC.
This phase of the subdivision comprises of 60 single-family homes assumed to be 3 and 4 bedrooms
each for an estimated total daily sewer flow of 25,200 gallons per day. The sewer system is
approximately 3,678 LF of 8" gravity sewer line connecting to the existing Bluffton Lane Pump
Station. The existing pump station will be upgraded to accept the new flow while utilizing the
existing wet well and existing 4" forcemain. Upon construction and acceptance, the sewer system
will be owned, operated, and maintained by the City of Locust.
