Per 15A NCAC 02T.0105(c)(6), directly related environmental permits or certification applications must be being prepared,

Per 15A NCAC 02T.0402, "high -priority sewer" means any aerial sewer, sewer contacting surface waters,
siphon, or sewers positioned parallel to streambanks that are subject to erosion that undermines or deteriorates the sewer.
Siphons and sewers suspended through interference/conflict boxes require a variance approval.

and Force Mains (latest version), and the Gravity Sewer Minimum Design Criteria (latest version) as applicable?

Minimum Design Criteria for Gravity Sewers (latest version), and the Minimum Design Criteria for the Fast -Track Permitting
of Pump Stations and Force Mains (latest version). Although other professionals may have developed certain portions of this
submittal package, inclusion of these materials under my signature and seal signifies that I have reviewed this material and
have judged it to be consistent with the proposed design.

James Avenue Extension (Meadow Creek Business Park) MOORESVILLE REGIONAL OFFICE
Proposed project is a roadway and utility extension within an existing developing business park
covered under an existing sewer extension permit WQ0031702. Lots will be individually sold and
developed.
The origin of wastewater is designated as "Other" and is to include flow generated from commercial
and light industrial businesses. It is anticipated that the nature of this wastewater will be primarily
commercial with potentially limited light industrial (car wash, laundromat, etc.). Any required pre-
treatment will be the responsibility of the developer of the individual lots.
The calculated design daily flow rate of 11,440gpd is in accordance with 15A NCAC 02T.0114(d)
based on a developable area of 13 acres at 880 gallons per acre per day.

within Meadow Creek Business Park in Locust NC (Stanly Co). Meadow Creek Business Park is an

Construction of the project will be financed by a private developer. Operation and maintenance will be
transferred to the City of Locust upon completion and acceptance of the system by the City of Locust.
